Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the FocusTrek mobile application (the "Service") operated by FocusTrek ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
FocusTrek provides a focus timer application that integrates historical and future event data ("Time Travel") to enhance user productivity and historical knowledge. Features include focus categories, history records, and "Time Travel" event retrieval via external APIs.
The Service offers subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of productivity and personal focus. You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FocusTrek and its licensors. The historical event data provided by third-party APIs is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective providers.
In no event shall FocusTrek, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FocusTrek operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
